General Consul Mr Zoran Marković and Ambassador of the Republic of Serbia to the Republic of Turkey Mr. Danilo Vučetić visited His All Holiness Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew I on November 26 at the Ecumenical Patriarchate.

In the warm atmospere conversation, they agreed of the importance of good and friendly relations between two churches and, among other things, discussed ways of preservation of the Serbian Orthodox Church monasteries and churches, graves and cultural heritage, that are symbols of the centuries-old presence of the Serbian people in the territory of Serbian Southern Province of Kosovo and Metohija.
