Consul General of the Republic of Serbia in Istanbul Zoran Markovic visited the mayor of Istanbul, Mr. Dr Kadir TOPBAS on Monday, 20 January of 2014. In a long and friendly conversation they exchanged views of further opportunities for cooperation between the Republic of Serbia and Belgrade as its capital and the city of Istanbul. Dr Kadir TOBAS on this occasion expressed his willingness to share his ten-year experiences with the new leadership of the City of Belgrade and sent them an open invitation to visit Istanbul.
