Consul General Zoran Markovic did a courtesy visit to the President of the Istanbul municipality of Pendik Mr. Kenan Sahin. On that occasion, in the long and friendly conversation, they exchanged views on the possibilities of further deepening the relationship between the city and municipalities in Belgrade with the municipality Pendik, which with 650,000 residents is a significant economic potential of Istanbul. They discussed directions for joint actions with the aim of intensifying economic cooperation. Both sides agreed of the need to intensify cooperation as well as to establish frequent contact between the representatives of the municipality and the Consulate General in time to come.
