Traditional annual meeting followed by working breakfast was organized in Istanbul on June 1, 2014 by the Association of Dernek in Turkey. Respective representatives of associations of Dernek from areas of Istanbul, Bursa and Izmir were on the meeting. The meeting was also attended by Serbian Deputy Prime Minister Mr. Rasim Ljajic, the Consul General of the Republic of Serbia in Istanbul Mr. Zoran Marković, as well as the mayors of Novi Pazar, Tutin and Sjenice. Among the representatives from the Turkish side were Minister of Health of Turkey Mr. Mehmet Muezinoglu and Mayor of Bayrampasa Mr. Atila Aydiner. DPM Mr. Rasim Ljajić, addressing the meeting, thanked for the assistance that the emigrant community addressed the victims of floods in the Republic of Serbia. He reiterated the call to invest more in the Republic of Serbia and putting all efforts into the deepening of good relations between the two countries.
