The 32nd Aydın Doğan International Cartoon Competition Awards were distributed during a ceremony on Nov. 17, in Istanbul.

One of the awarded artist is famous Serbian cartoonist Jugoslav Vlahovic. Representative of our Consulate General, has attended the ceremony and greeted our artist this reputable award.
