The First International Young Writers Festival was held in Istanbul from 17th to 20th of November. The representative of our country Teodora Balabanovic, was one of the notable participants.

The Festival was officially opened by guest of honor Mr. Zoran Markovic, Consul General of the Republic of Serbia in Istanbul.
