Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications of the Republic of Serbia Mr. Ljajic, began his visit to Turkey by meeting with Minister of Economy Mr. Zeybekci in Istanbul, on 28th of February. The two sides talked about free trade agreement waiting to be revised, bringing liberalization in agriculture and additional services, strengthening mutual investment promotion, agreement on transition permits in land transport, as well as joint infrastructural project between Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia.

Following Istanbul the delegation, led by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister Mr. Ljajic, flew to Ankara for a meeting with the Prime Minister of the Republic of Turkey Mr. Binali Yildirim, Minister of Agriculture Mr. F. Celik and president of TIKA Development Agency. On the second day of the visit, Mr. Ljajic had a meeting, coordinated by DEIK, with representatives of multiple Turkish textile companies in Istanbul.
